- 密閉式牛奶貯權，偏心攪拌器設計，可促進貯物之對流減少沈積確保品質均一，冰水冷卻裝置、溫度自動控制，在安全溫度內等GMP要求使用。
- 密閉式三層槽體，內中外材質SUS製，溫度自動控制數字顯示，乳化搜拌無段變速，可做真空、加熱、冷卻、加壓、調配、攪拌、乳化、分散、消泡之操作，真空乳化攪拌刮邊裝置，可使製品長期保存品質穩定。
功能優點
- Completely close design of mix/storage vessel especially for milk products. The vessel equip with eccentric stirrrer.which can cause fluid convection to prevent sedimentation.lncluding chill water cooling device, automatic temperature controllet, clean-in-place, and air-filter etc. all conform to GMP.
- Sealed 3-layers vessel. All SUS material,automatic temperature control, digbital indication, emulsification stirring, stepless speed adjust. Can be used for vacuuming, heating, cooling, pressurizing, conditioning, stirring, emulsification, istribution, and defoaming. the product can be preserved longer treated by vacuum emulsifier.
